The University of Tennessee Sports Clubs program are defined by their pride for their sports and the national acclaim that they receive. They include national champions, regional champions, and students who just want to have fun alike. Over the past year and a half, I have had the privilege of working with them to generate a buzz around the events hosted by these teams and give recognition to some of best athletes in the country.
- I worked with the UT Lacrosse team to develop a poster for the 2012 season. After countless hours of photoshop, illustrator, reedits, and printer troubles, I finally came up with the final product. Not only did the team and coaching staff love my work, but the poster went on to win an AAF Knoxville Student Addy award for “Best Single Poster”.
- The Lacrosse Club asked me to make a website banner for them. Go to http://www.volslax.com to see it in action.
- I was asked by the Rugby team to make a schedule poster for their upcoming season and since they were much bigger and scarier than I am, I had to oblige. Much like the Lacrosse schedule, this poster took many photoshop hours, and undersized photos to put together. It also won an AAF Student Bronze Addy Award for “Best Single Poster”
- With inspiration from vintage boxing posters, I put this labor of love together.
